Olympic Weightlifting is treated as an art by many. It’s an incredible way to build strength, muscle and burn fat and that’s why the Underdogs Barbell Club was formed.

Our community is formed by people who have lots of passion in the sport, yet face many obstacles before them such as a 9 to 5 job, a busy travelling schedule and mobility issues. Our mission is to make the sport accessible to the general public and not only reserved for the elites.

We focus on the 2 major lifts in Olympic Weightlifting: the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Classes are drill-specific based on each individual’s needs.
